Just use glue in place of a slime ball. It was doing both, just too slowly. However, if I tried to speed up the pulse, it would only depress. It had 4 repeaters. After I redownloaded BTW, it worked perfectly with 1 repeater at a 3-tick delay (3 clicks on the repeater, .6 seconds right?)

I've been trying to get bellows working, and it just isn't. I have a windmill hooked up to a bellows, with a redstone repeater clock hooked up to the gearbox. The hibachi will have 2-block high fire for about half of a second, as the bellows contracts. However, it will go back down. Here's a picture...
