Re: New Release! (BTW V4.62)
So many changes to early game recently, I feel like I have to start over again just to experience these things. Do like the changes to armor though, I've always had an issue with leather armor being worthless. I'll be happy to actually use it practically for once, especially since you can dye it and...

I haven't really heard a date, but then again I haven't really been keeping too close an eye on it. It'll come out when it comes out. I could probably join you depending on what your schedule is. I work evenings.

How are you enjoying it so far? It's a fracking amazing game.
Edit: Also they're going to be coming out with a new update, which is good news.

Re: Even more Thaumcraft 3 goodies!
I've been really enjoying my time with Thaumcraft 3. Unfortunatly I quickly ran out of things to do, and now that I'm out of thing to research I can't think of any fun things to do to occupy my time until the next update, short of making automated systems with golems or blowing everything up with al...

I don't understand what this suggestion is meant to do. What would this tweak change that is not already possible with the current redstone mechanics?

Now if only we had like extendable/retractable spikes that we could hook up to the tripwire. It could hit the enemies weak point for massive damage.

Re: Tripwires and anarchy smp.
So it seems in the current snapshot, tripwires wont break when walked over so they'll continue triggering until theyre physically broken by a player, or blown up by a creeper i guess. awesome.

Re: Tripwires and anarchy smp.
I think this would be a rather cool addition to vMC, as long as it would be possible to conceal. In BTW though, lenses already serve this purpose. But it would be a whole heck of a lot better as a trap activation method than a pressure plate. Well think of the trip wire as a much more low tech vers...

Tripwires and anarchy smp.
Among all the iffy planned additions coming up for minecraft, (villager trading, desert temples) something posted on MC Forums today piqued my interest: The announcement of tripwires as an addition to minecraft. Imo this seems like a really awesome addition. I'm just curious of what the rest of you ...

Re: The Return To Home: Delayed (a.k.a. Eureka Part III)
Oh sure. I'll always take advantage of provided hooks, as not only do they help with compatibility, but they also make maintaining the mod much less of a chore. Keep in mind that every base-class mod I make, I have to go over line by line with each release of MC to make sure it adheres to any code ...

Yea, with Villager trading and those desert temples just over the horizon, rarer gear and items are getting substantially more easy to acquire. Which blows.

Yay! Happiness abounds! :) Well on the plus side of things, the delay has granted me additional time to get all that soul steel that I'm going to need. Looking forward to what updates you have planned in the interim. Oh yeah, that reminds me that I forgot to mention you'll need MUCH more Steel now ...

Depends if you are talking about the full release of Minecraft on November the 18th, or the final version of Minecraft when they finish development. The feature freeze from the 18th of October only lasts until the MineCon release of Minecraft in November (which will basically be the proper 1.9 rele...
