There is a custom packet handler in ML, but it seems pretty bare-bones, and it doesn't seem to be hooked into a lot of the vanilla functions for processing events like entity spawning and such. I can see a few reasons for the lock. Firstly, someone made an almost identical suggestion about the soap earlier, which FC decided against. Player detectors are a no-go atm, because of reasons. At least that's what I came to gather from previous discussions on this matter, specifically using the smoke bug to detect players. Anyway, FC went silent on the matter, which means he's done with it and will or won't do something with this idea...

Can you make it so the eye looks at you when you're in the room and if it sees you it emits a redstone signal since it sees you as an enemy but only when the light level on the pickled eye block is 9 or less since that's when spiders are aggressive to steve???? </NotSeriousSuggestion> I like the id...

Thats only half the answer I hoped for...
cause BTW 3.80 and Mo'Creatures 3.5.0 still work together (this version did not use forge)... so atm i´m fine with that... but if vm updates there will not be a Mo's version for he new vm ....
