using wicker panes gives the same shape but has a different texture

Stone axes are not effective on grates when i try to chop it. It only acts as if I am punching it.
The only recent thing in the changelog about axes is about grass and wheat and should not affect grates.
I also have the deco addon and mcpacher installed.

They only generate inside strongholds and extreme hills.
If you stay away from these three things then you should be fine.

FYI the jumping potion was a potion in the code since beta 1.9 (same thing for the water breathing and night vision potions)

Looking at all the one word comments that say how OP the farm is when the farm will be nearly impossible to build in a survival world and only gives you fish and a retextured glowstone block.

They discourage breaking blocks and making shortcuts by adding a mining fatigue effect. Not sure if there is more good or bad in that decision. Definitely encourages beacons as you might need that to obtain the dungeon blocks easily in the long run (if only beacons actually made sense in vanilla.) ...

It is the same model just with some textures removed on the tail and head.

For me, Usually the first landmark I see coming home is a (packed) dirt slab path.

I had the same problem once where it crashed and said I didn't have enough memory then crashed againwhen I added more memory through mc patcher. It turned out I needed to downgrade my java but that was a while ago so I don't remember the right version.

I almost always make my base on the border of a forest and plain biome. That way I can chop down trees near my base and also have a mob-free flat area on the other side. Also creepers can give you free dirt if you get away fast enough.

As long as you have a building separate from your barn for a portal you should be fine in most cases.
