In case anyone mistakenly thinks I've died, I'm currently going through some difficult (As in, "would be homeless right now if not for my church") times, and will probably be unable to join for a while still. I'll try to get on later today, but no promises.

Yeah, the game has some glaringly obvious flaws. However, I find it's also sort of fun, in a guilty pleasure sort of way.

But overall, if you can avoid it, you should do just that; Turn around, run away, go play some Magicka or something.

Since it was #2 on my list when I threw it into a RNG, and I don't really want to be a Cleric, I'll choose Fighter.

The first time I got hit with a Ghast fireball post-HC Hell, I thought they poisoned you. Turns out it was some nearby nether groth that did it.

Yup, I think it's fire. Same thing happened to me back when I was still using BTB. The only way to fix it without doing some major mechanical refactoring is to cover any exposed sides of your gear boxes with cobblestone, or any other solid block that doesn't catch fire for that matter.
