Been away from the forums for a while (was mostly a lurker anyhow). Got to say this news isn't disappointing in the least. I feel like FC has been held back by mods lately if he takes his same principles to indie game development I'll expect great things.

My most compelling thought here is that I'd now be completely boned if I ever tried to play vMC again, as so much is different (better) in BTW. Then again... why would i play vMC again? I really like the biome specific textures - since BTW encourages exploration and spread out builds it's nice for the variation! And great job on everything else too!

I haven't seen a lot of comments on this, so I just wanted to tell you that I'm loving the storm changes. my immersion factor has definitely heightened. The storms are more...stormy... they feel more malevolent and atmospheric. And I'm enjoying the added management that goes into windmill operations...
