it's very unlikely that Microsoft would do that, it would be a very bad move in terms of publicity.

Re: Vanilla Minecraft News Discussion

I really don't see them doing anything with mods for MC. I suspect they'll just leave them alone. I don't see them having any modding capability whatsoever in MC 2, as that interferes with selling DLC. There's no point trying to sell horse-armor when a modder can just whip some up and put it out fo...

Re: [SPOILERZ] Hardcore Villagers trading mechanics.

I discovered that when one of my farmer villagers asked for a hoe to level up to 2, he was quite happy to accept a fully spent hoe, zero(or very low) durability. Hate to be "that guy", but this was discussed. The thread is only a few pages long. It is probably worth reading before posting...

The other day I was about to back up one of my worlds(of which I had a pretty impressive mob trap, and lots of steel) from after the update to SS, and for some dumbass reason, I forgot that in Windows Explorer, CTRL-D means delete (not duplicate, as it does in some much older programs I think) and ...

Re: Better Wolves Spoiler thread

Did you have any other wolves at the time? I have the suspicion that the beast can infect your wolves either through howls or biting them. Or you may simply have a 1x1 hole he slipped into. As for the hungry wolves sitting next to each other i've noticed that to but I've heard so many of them surro...

Here's an odd thought, could they be used as some sort of primitive resistor? I know Gold is a good conductor of electricity and Dung well erm I'm assuming has a poor conductivity. Perhaps the combination leads to a very basic resistor that could be a crucial component in The Device? Your way back ...

Re: Hardcore Mode with BTW: Anyone Do it?

I love HCS because while it brings the needed penalty for death, there is always something to work back towards. I never have and never will play vanilla hardcore mode, a large portion being because of silly mistakes, such add falling down you're mineshaft (which I have done all too often). Might b...

I wanted to say this before, but didn't know where. There is a new feeling with the mod after the last release. I agree. Also, the noise chickens make when they lay eggs (or when wolves poo) is very helpful in the early game if they are near your workshop.

Re: what's the problem with potions ??

it's not about movment , I just want to know how to make potion in BTW Ahh. In that case, you must farm ocelots. Kill enough and you gain their essence. Which in turns gives you the power you so desire. It is an arduous process, mind you, but well worth it in the end. You could also just build roads.

Re: How did you found weat seeds ?

Wheat seeds are found in NPC Villages. Take note that it must be an occupied village. Also, it is often quite a long journey. It is most certainly possible to play through the early game with out wheat, though. Have fun!

First thing I noticed was that creepers drop their own oysters.

Upon eating them, one takes a little damage.
