It seems Minecraft is using the integrated gpu and not the nvidia. Cause this is a bug on new Intel drivers. So in theory a downgrade of the Intel drivers helps, but first try and check that Minecraft is using nvidia gpu :)

Anyway in BTW witches spawn naturally at night in swamps. And on World generation when a witch hut is spawned the game also spawns 3 witches that won't de spawn. But these are the only witches that spawn with a witch hut.
