I have already seen that one. Will watch again, though. Good times.

*sigh* I'm relieved. ! And I liked all three Matrix to be honest. Second and third far less than the first one of course, but still didn't hated them.
The first matrix had meaning to it, and a decent message. Two and three were just action films and the message kinda got lost in it.

Re: Suggest Good Films

Hum... guys? Fight Club. I have had the good fortune to have seen that one. I loved the soap. I've also seen the matrix. All three, unfortunately. EDIT: Okay, I'm really frustrated right now. Netflix AND HuluPlus both don't have Wild At Heart available for streaming. Why did we create internet data...

Thanks, I'll watch Wild At Heart first then. In fact, I'm going to need something to do while my videos are rendering, so this will be on my watch list for tonight.

Suggest Good Films

I'm only 22 years old, and as a child I watched only disney movies, pixar films, and Star Wars. No Star Trek, no Babylon 5, no Buck Rodgers or Flash Gordon, or anything rated pg-13 or made before 199X. I didn't realize what I was missing until I watched Pulp Fiction for the first time today. I laugh...

Re: The little things...

Something else I just realized I love is the feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment I get when I successfully find an underground cave, spawner, or mineshaft by ear. I have like 3 mineshafts, two spawners, and a megacave to explore now. Digging that last block and seeing pitch black and mob feet...

I can't believe I didn't put episode 25 up on this thread until now. Oops...

This episode was actually really fun for me. I didn't get any new things built, but I still enjoyed the wandering and pet gathering. I feel that windmill taunting me though. :<

I just read a thread on SM forums where someone said that blueprints need to be nerfed because people could make solid resource cubes ships and buy them repeatedly to get lots of an item without having to find enough in stock normally or manufacture it. The community response was "if they have ...

I like to believe my character is from a futuristic space faring race that is stranded in the minecraft world without his ship, and must rediscover his races technological secrets block by block. So can you make me a futuristic space man (human) with a dark overcoat (something out of firefly) and ob...

I don't see his plan. I just thought I'd toss out there that it may not yet be time to break out the hate. I can agree with that, it is still early for hate. I do hope that this "thinking like a scientist" thing I saw mention of in regards to the recipe system does pan out in the future. ...

EDIT: I should clarify that alpha means the game is not feature complete. Balancing comes later. I understand what alpha means. However, when you replace a perfectly fine factory system with a totally inferior one that doesn't make any sense other than giving patient/rich/lucky players the ability ...

Re: Vanilla Minecraft News Discussion

Jesar the hardened clay can't be turned back into clay as far as I know, nor can the stained clay be re-dyed. To make red bricks you still need to go find a swamp or go diving. That being said, it's still fairly easy to do compared to what it used to be. Well, it's not as bad as I thought then. On ...

Part 24 is up. I'm thinking of building a network of roads out to hcs limits soon. First, I want death protection. Second, I want to get some animals/wolves to my base without leading them over hills and mountains. Roads will help with that. What I'm thinking of is dying at least once more (this tim...

I hate everything starmade represents. I'm a huge sci-fi nut and have been waiting for the perfect space ship simulation to give me the outlet I need to manifest some of my pent up interstellar desires. I've been drooling over star citizen, and hate that I don't have the resources to invest in Eve o...

Go totally hardcore and random seed then man for maximum sense of discovery :) Well, I'm not going to explore the seed before playing, but I always like to build some cool stuff around spawn, so I'd like a somewhat interesting spawn. Maybe I'll offset the fact that I'm cherry picking the starting b...

Re: Vanilla Minecraft News Discussion

One of the things that made me mad about minecraft was when they made clay more common. Notch had made the genius decision to make nice brick houses an accomplishment. Now there will be a biome of hardened clay? I haven't played vanilla recently at all, so I don't know if hardened clay can be turned...

Sid Meyer`s Alpha Centauri StarTopia C&C Tiberia Sun Anno 1602 Maybe also it`s sequels. Are you seriously recommending Alpha Centauri for a six-year old? It's a great game, but I think you're vastly overestimating the intelligence level of the average kid. I'd like to suggest Botanicula - a ver...

You should grow more plants. I too thought you could start with one plant and expand exponentially from there. It takes too long to be worth it.

Sorry for that. I was trying to say that I felt the iron re–smelt mechanic made the Crucible a tool with so much influence that it negatively affects my iron decisions by influencing me to use it all to unlock the Crucible as soon as possible because the time it saves you is more than the time spent...

Would said problems be why my observation thread was immediately locked? I understand if it wasn't an issue you would consider changing, but the reason you gave kinda threw me off.
