Q: Don't Starve complete?
For those of you that have played the game recently, what's the state of the game?
Is it a complete game with more incoming content?
Or is it still incomplete with many obvious loose ends?
I finally got my hands on it, but I can still wait if it's not "ready" yet.

Like this one: "Choose how long you sleep for, and colored beds!" Now that's some pretty hardcore bang for the buck. :Perikdk321 wrote:Well, 1% of the stuff on there is actually good ideas.

Loving all those weather changes. Both the more relaxing rain and the more violent storms will be much appreciated.
And look at all the fixes, very nice. This ninegnarok is quite enjoyable. ^^

Re: Vanilla Minecraft News Discussion
They really should have refined existing content post 1.0.0 (Official Release), made the API and left new content to the modders. But instead they opted for implementing random silly features leaving loose ends left and right, creating a plugin distribution platform that no one asked for and making...

Re: Steam Sales
Since one of my favorite game studios is releasing a new game, I'll be bringing this back up.
The game: Bionic Dues (Tactical Roguelite with customisable mechs)
The sale: Released with 25% off for the first week.

Well, despite all my efforts, Terraria still updated automatically. Damn.
But then I launched the game from Tconfig and discovered I could still play my modded 1.1.2 Terraria for some reason. Cool!

"I’d say this is probably gonna be the last seven-month update [to the original],” he chuckled. “But there’s a lot of stuff that I didn’t have the time to put into this one. For instance, there’s no final endgame boss. So I plan on, within the next month or two, finishing the endgame progressi...

Re: Terraria PC update apparently in the works, due Mayish.
Reading the changes made by this patch, plus the fact that my favorite mod isn't/won't ever be compatible with it, I'm now trying to find a way to stop the game from auto-updating. Not as easy as one might think.

Re: New Release! (BTW V4.89999)
Note: Despite being small in size (mainly bug fixes here) this is a very special release of BTW in terms of it representing a significant development milestone. It finalizes the balance of all the current content, with one notable exception: Hardcore Villagers (which I'll be wrapping up shortly). T...

Wow, more world-gen changes? "Messing with players worlds is fun!" It's just ridiculous.
Good thing Flowerchild is extra careful in that department. Gotta be thankful for that.

Ok, I will admit I laugh when I opened the wiki and saw the intro with Better Than Wolves adding "freshly smoked up shit n' blocks yo" and that the mod maintained the "original gangsta feel of Minecraft".

Ouch. I don't know what's worse: the project itself or the fact that someone pledged 1000$.
