Re: Fire Plough still not working on servers
Errrr... what cooldown? Unless you're talking about a vanilla thing I don't know about, I resolved the above by putting in random variance on the fire starting attempts and having animals flee when you tried to start a fire with flint & steel. Flint and Steel is totally random, with no warmup a...

Re: Fire Plough still not working on servers
This seems like a good place to bring up a similar yet opposite issue Xaedblade had with the flint and steel. He burns through durability starting 3 ovens. He was using a continual motion, like with the new fire starters , instead of pausing for the cool down added in 2013 that prevent players using...

congratulation for sticking with it. your patience will be rewarded as the game really opens up the higher the tech level you get.
Do you remember why it took 61 in-game days to create the oven?

Re: New Release! (BTW 4.ABCEEEEF) - NO SPOILERS
Another ringing endorsement for the changes. I will miss the way thing were for a short time, I do look forward to being forced to turn stumps instead of keeping planks on me. Sounds like axe is getting knocked down a few pegs for first iron tool. Nice, Earlier access to window type blocks. Also app...

Re: Question about regenerating vs respawning
I thought the changes to hardcore spawns actually helped with animals. After 3 or 4 death cycles I have found old hobbit holes with animals right in front of the doors. Too many to have wondered into the area and not just cows, all animals that could not have survived multiple nights. I haven't made...

Re: Hardcore Sinkholes... again
I personally like them, except when I fall to 3rd strata. I would think you could limit the random deaths by restricting them to only happen in larger areas of sand along with the adjustment to HC poke you mentioned.

Wanted to say thank you for the ability to place tools as blocks. I have been leaving nearly dead axes as I am out and about, it has added a nice little lived in feeling to my world. I can't wait to stumble upon one and be grateful for what I currently see as trash.

What texture pack are you using? Report shows 'Texture Pack: Default' but that doesn't make sense as it doesn't have connected textures. I had a similar issue where the game would crash if I looked where a Reed made contact with a platform. My problem was from simple/dumb naming conventions in the ....

I appreciate that you took the time, not only to read but let me know when it wasn’t effective feedback. Congratulations FC! Better Than wolves now has an early game. - Pain point: If you don't find a swamp (or a lucky desert) for reeds there's no storage until the axe. reeds are swamp only Were they removed from deserts while I wasn't looking? Deserts also have another AHH feature that I haven't seen mentioned, wells are no longer useless. Edit: welp, Those wer...

Taleric beat me to it, but yes. Whuppee has the Bob Ross vibe going. really entertaining when he let an F-bomb drop with that sweet calming voice. No mistakes, only happy accidents..

I tend to watch his videos twice. The second time with annotation where he explains what he is doing .

So yeah, I'd appreciate some clarification on your level of desire here, and to ask everyone to perhaps refrain in the future from posting ideas unless they're actually of importance to them personally. The level of desire is roughly at 'if it isn't a hassle' as I do enjoy using glass in my mechani...

Niyu is correct, that is what I meant. I must have an entire word while I was rephrasing the request while explaining the request outside of my story.

Re: [32x]Conquest Texture Pack without Deco Add-On support
'Triple slab' is the wrong phrasing, I was trying to express if there was a way to know if a half slab knew it was on top of two half slabs. Kind of like how the smooth sandstone side extend the column look, but those are full blocks. I don't know about hardcoding the lower cobble half slab, worried...
