yeah, about the lag thing, Im noticing it alot too, eve when no one is on, i have to either break a block a couple of times in a row and/or it reappears for 2 or 3 seconds before breaking and dropping its drop and sometimes also haveing to wait 2-3 seconds or longer for the drop itself to appear. -__-

Sorry, yeah a complete reinstall, unpatched works, but having it patched no longer works. Before hand with it patched it was letting me on, but giving me a warning message that btw was not installed, that it was needed for the server. Figured it was something with the patch.
