Hmmmm...Industrial mod is a very general term, encompassing many mods, could you be more specific? I was refering to "Industrial craft", although I might have mistaken. But I am pretty damn sure there was a mod in which you had to add insulation to redstone via rubber (aka cables) or else...

Sounds nice and I can't think of any possible downsides.

But I am opposed to it being powered by mechanical power - it's crazy to have a waterwheel that is normally used to power a saw or a millstone for a jukebox.

As I explicitly stated THAT gave me the idea. I wasn't merely trying to put some "cool" thing from reality into the mod.
