Fine ground Flour is produced by grinding Wheat in the Mill Stone and is the only form of wheat usable in the production of food. Three units of flour can be combined to make Bread Dough, which can be baked in a Brick Oven or Kiln to produce a loaf of Bread. One unit of flour can be combined in a Cauldron with Sugar to produce two Donuts. Flour is also used as a thickener in the creation of Hearty Stew and an ingredient in several other baking recipes.
